Our Culture

Owned by its founders, BlueHaven was formed to respond to the needs of small and medium sized corporate clients and entrepreneurs who find themselves poorly served by established investment and commercial banks that focus their resources on major transactions for their largest clients utilising standard products. The relentless micro-focus of banking skillsets in recent years has led to an increasing deficiency in the ability of bankers within such institutions to work from a sufficiently broad structural palette to deliver imaginative, non-standard financing solutions.

We offer independent, non-conflicted advice and debt and equity capital raising services to our clients, often in circumstances where they have found it difficult to make progress themselves and sometimes need support in making tough decisions.  We specialise in assisting our clients to realise their ambitions by helping them to structure businesses and projects in a manner that will appeal to investors and lenders and by following up with best in class execution.

The priority for BlueHaven is always respecting the interests and sensitivities of our clients, with whom we like to work in a seamless, transparent, and relationship-driven manner. This is reflected in our attitude to structuring risk and selecting financing partners with a good cultural fit.
