We provide independent advice to private companies and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate finance transactions and on raising capital from our investor and lender bases which include insurance companies and pension funds together with multi-strategy, opportunity, infrastructure, credit, cleantech and other renewable energy funds as well as family offices and international banks.
Our advice draws on many years’ experience of structuring and executing complex transactions in international markets for demanding clients, ranging from sovereign and multinational entities to private companies and green field projects. We bring our clients the benefit of up-to-date contact with investors and lenders with whom we have long-standing relationships and whose continually evolving appetites for risk we understand well.
In addition to financial structuring, our client engagements often involve advice on internal management structures and corporate governance together with refinement and articulation of the business case in order to ensure that the requirements of prospective financiers are met.
